I hate homework.... I know that my 4th grader does, too, but I REALLY hate it.... It is starting to give me stomach ulcers, anxiety, and a new tone of voice that isn't so pleasant. Please pray for me... and my 4th grader.... We both would like to survive 4th grade!! :-) That's all.
p.s. Mom, if you are reading this, I know you are a teacher and probably feel that I should have a better attitude and/or understanding of homework, so I will apologize for this disappointment you may have in me right now. But I SERIOUSLY think homework is presently a form a torture for me in my own home!!! lol

- We are a family of four (with one on the way) made up of two imperfect parents who still don't have all the answers or have it all quite figured out (we are working on it, though)... and two boys (ages 10 and 1 1/2). We also have two dogs - Pretty Girl & Preacher (2 Miniature Schnauzers who love to destroy the bathroom). We love each other deeply, recognizing that family is precious and irreplaceable. We are on a journey to fulfill the purpose God has for us....it seems to be ever-changing. We pray that we guide our boys to live life on purpose, love people, and exemplify Jesus Christ... My Abi is in 4th this year too!! It is awful! Finally I just told her "Do your best."

I am trying to register to see if I can send comments on the blog. Up to now I haven't gotten this far, so maybe I will be successful this time. I really am not dumb, but will admit to not being proficient at the computer. So after many attempts at this, I will admit to being slow. Wish me luck!! Guess you have already figured out that it is Mimi here --- I haven't heard anyone else complaining about having this problem so I will presume that I am the only one.
